Terrie is originally from the Northern Utah area where she has built and purchased homes in the Layton and Syracuse area. She now lives in the sunny adventurous Southern Utah area where there are many outdoor activities to enjoy year around and the communities are fast growing. Being able to live where she can enjoy several of her hobbies such as golfing, biking and hiking is very rewarding. One of her goals was to be part of the real estate community to help clients understand the process and most importantly experience the amazing feeling that comes with buying or selling a home. She also strives to achieve a long term relationship with her clients. Her truth in understanding her client’s needs and keeping integrity at every level is her main focus.
